A Super JV Idea.
Hi everybody at Local Biz Builders, this is Gina, nice talking to you. Hey, I might have stubled upon some information that you might like. I happened to go research a business today, two actually. Both the same kind of work. They are sign shops.
Now, to any of you who are offering SEO websites, these are the businesses you want to contact. Check out their websites, see if they are SEO’s. See if they are coming up in Google for their town, and for sign shop, banners, whatever key words you think would work for the sign shop.
But, not only is it great for the sign shop, and this particular one I went to today, his website is not SEO’d and he is even paying for Pay Per Click and he apparently didn’t even do that right because in his own hometown, and sign shop, he did not come up for his Pay Per Click ad. He was not very happy, but I told him I could fix that for him too.
But here is the clincher, not only is he good to fix his website and SEO work, but there is no better person to do a JV Partnership with than a person who owns a local sign shop. Think about it, who goes to a sign shop? Business Owners, local Business Owners, see where I’m going with this?
So, I offered him a deal. He gets 10% of any business owner that he talks to, that he refers to me for a website. So, there is your hot tip for the day. Do with it what you will, but I would definitly hit every sign shop that you have in your town or surrounding town and offer them a JV Partnership.
